Al Areifi Real Estate Development initially developed Escan Tower in 2005. By the time construction was completed in 2016, Escan Marina was handed over to Escan Investment and Development Group to manage. Escan Marina is a high-rise 32 story skyscraper with a total of 397 residential units. The skyscraper offers homeowners studios, one-bedroom flats, two- and three-bedroom apartments. From Dubai Electricity and Water Office drive up 3 minutes and take exit 27 and head towards King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street/D94 to Al Seba Street for 10 minutes.
