Starting from Al Naseem St/D61, head southwest and keep right at the fork, follow signs for Al Naseem St/Al Sufouh St/D94/Skydive Dubai and merge onto Al Naseem St/D61. Turn left onto King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St/D94 (signs for Dubai Marina) and turn left. There will be Princess Tower on the right hand side.
